I ordered and received 50 wristbands each of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple, for a total of 300 wristbands. The outside contained our motto, Pax et Bonum (meaning Peace and All Good) and the inside had our website. We plan to use these as handouts at the Francis Fest and Abbey Fest as well as other events that we host. This was my first order from you, and everyone at your company was most helpful and supportive throughout the ordering process and assisted me quickly and professionally. Thank you so much!

The wristband is well made. I'm disappointed that I didn't catch a mistake and that no one contacted me before printing. Is this protocol? Again, I must have made the mistake in typing. I don't remember having a duplicate word. Is there any checking on your end that could have prevented this? Just need to understand to keep it from happening again. I like the product, but as a teacher, I don't want to send things out that are incorrect. Easy-to-use website, but at times was wishing to speak to a human. I wasn't aware there is no double-checking on the other end. In my first experience last August, there had been a lot of communication and support. I tried to do it on my own this time, and assumed there would be checks and balances as there had been before. Again, it must have been my fault. I just didn't realize you would print with an obvious error. Lessons learned, I guess.
