I have received the wrong item the filter in the picture is not the item that I received so I mailed it back which cost me $15 because the company would not send me a return label and unavailable to send me the correct filter

I went on the site and chose the filter for my dozer when I received the filter it was not even close to the one I ordered so dealing with the customer service they were unable to supply the correct filter I am now waiting on a full refund , however they would not generate a return label so I had to pay the $15 return out of my pocket which would be a $15 loss in this transaction with this company
