I've tried to set-up a new account for Converse in my Director's name as I will be retiring this year. I was not successful in doing that. I finally had to add the Converse credit card to my name and ship the order. I found this website very difficult to maneuver for changes.

Honestly, it kind of hurts to buy these. I have purchased my ticket stock from worldwide ticketcraft for years, and the prices just keep going up. Not their fault. I get it. Supply chain issues and inflation. I just fondly remember the days of paying $17.50 per 1000, now I pay over $24 per 1000. I usually order in lots of 50, and wow. It just hurts. I wouldn't describe as a great value or deal. This is just one of the necessary evils of being in business. We WILL be going to digital tickets soon so hopefully that will bring my costs down. To their credit, Worldwide Ticket seems to have the best price on this stuff out there.

Ordered these generic thermal tickets online on a Monday morning for an event taking place the following Saturday. Paid extra for two-day air mail out of an abundance of caution, but turns out it wouldn't have been necessary (for delivery to Wisconsin) as Worldwide Ticketcraft was extremely prompt with their order processing and it was shipped later the same day. With the two-day air mail, the tickets arrived on Wednesday. The thermal tickets themselves worked exactly as expected.
