Use these for sleep. They're what's in most OTC sleep aids. The latter are usually 50mg; those who take that 50mg can see if 25mg might do, Same with those who take 100mg; maybe 75mg might do. In both cases, the possibility of antihistamine hangover might be reduced. With the 25s, it's simpler to try -- economical, too.
