It says it's light wood in the main description of the item, but it's not, it's plastic. I tried to return it but they said I couldn't. It's not what I wanted. I wanted a wood diffuser not some plastic that is going to put toxins in the air. I emailed them several times saying Please take it back, it's not what I want and they refused. Never buying from this company again. False advertising and they don't care if the customer is satisfied or not.

The description states light wood grain. When you received the item you used the item for several days, but you wanted a real wood diffuser? I explained to you your purchase was not eligible for an exchange since you had used the items and there was a price difference in the products. I explained to you that the website is very clear about the specifications of the product you purchased and they are listed as the following (no false advertising):
- Material: PP, ABS (e.g. Plastic not wood) BPA Free
PP and ABS plastics are the same plastics that are used to make legos and medical equipment (not toxic). The real wood diffusers have a plastic insides where you put the water and oils, so you would not have been happy with the real wood diffuser either.
Had you wanted a real wood diffuser you should have just asked for a return label and returned it in it's orginial condition, but instead you opened the oils and used the diffuser for several days. You wanted to return opened used items in exchange for a brand new diffuser. We do work with our customers to help resolve issues when possible, however this was not one of those situations.
I understand these are difficult times and can be very stressful.

Item says it's wood in the description but it's not. It's plastic. I didn't want plastic, I wanted real wood which I thought was what I was purchasing. I contacted company several times to return it but was told I couldn't. Explained it's not what I want and company didn't care. I'll never buy from them again.

I really love this set. I have a large kitchen and the vase diffuser works really well. THe oils in the white box is all I need to create my blending recipes in the kitchen :)
