I am really impressed with the products! This is my second order of these diffusers and I ordered 2 this time after getting so many compliments on it! However, my first one came with a remote and these 2 did not? I really like the remote!

Purchased the light wood - very attractive - comes with little water measure to fill diffuser which is a nice feature - mists nicely and the coloured light band feature around the middle of the diffuser that can be turned on is lovely at night

It was very easy to set-up because I actually read the instructions, which I rarely ever do! But, I didn't want to ruin it, given that I had recently destroyed a fabulous humidifier I had had for years by recently adding essential oils! This small unit works well, still not sure about the timing settings, it seems to shut off sooner than the time I choose, which is cool that it does turn itself off, but, not sure how long it goes because I'm asleep! I love the color choices and the steady stream of mist.

Runs out of water too quickly

You are not putting a sufficient amount of water in it. I explained this to you. The diffuser comes with a cup that is 100 ml; it is a 300 ml diffuser. You need to fill it 3 times. It comes with a timer: 1 hr, 3 hrs, 6 hrs, and continuous. With 300 ml of water in it it runs around 8 hours. You should not be diffusing 24 hours a day anyway.

Automatically turns off too quickly. Would like to have the scent of the oil and the lights on much longer.

The diffuser has 4 settings 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours and Continuous. The Continuous setting runs as long as you have water for it to run; that time frame is around 8 hours. Please put 300 mls of water in the diffuser and it will run for around 8 hours.

I have to admit this is one of our best selling diffusers. I have not heard from anyone that it was not the best value for the price. This is a first. I wonder what more we could offer? It comes with a one year warranty, free 2 to 5 day shipping, competitive pricing and you can save with this discount with the code #selfcare. We don't put our logo on the product so you don't have an advertisement in our home, like our competitors, and we believe that makes it more attractive.
I must admit now I understand. You don't like the price because PayPal resolved your dispute in our favor and didn't even contact us until the case closed.
I hope the diffuser is helping with your stress during this pandemic. We are all in this together.
