It works but looks like cheap plastic.

The diffuser is made of ABS and PP plastics which are used to make legos and medical equipment. It is BPA free and enviromentally safe; not cheap. Had you wanted wood your can visit our real wood section of our website.
It is our policy to not offer discounts or refunds for customers to improve their review. We realize some companies do that, but we appreciate your honest feedback.

Great product for the price:-) Looks so nice and goes so well with my decor. Love the changing lights, etc. My only complaint is that when you turn the lights off there is still some light so it doesn't work well for me in my bedroom at night so I'll use another one that I have for my bedroom at night. That bummed me out but oh well. Other than that I'm thrilled with it!

Very please with the item. Would recommend it to anyone. Easy to use. Just make sure you order the scents when you placed your order none come with them. I had to order the scents before I could use it which delayed the process about a week. You should let the shopper know they have to order separate and they are $34.00 more or less.
