It was fine. The expedited shipping was not expedited. I paid $20 for expedited shipping and the item was send 1st class mail and it was Juneteenth. They should have chosen another shipping source UPS/Fed Ex.

Had to call 2 times. Once to see why it was taking so long to process the order then a second call to see why it was taking so long to get to me. That call was when I discovered that they use the same shipping method for standard and expedited shipping. USPS first class mail. Really poor, deceitful business practice. I had to get forceful just to get a partial refund on the shipping. It was not offered readily. Ridiculous. I will not be ordering from this company again.
