Company offers very reasonable values online, however customer service is severely lacking if there is a problem. No phone number, or chat service available. They only use email and show no sense of urgency if you need follow up help like I did. I am still waiting for them to supply missing parts that I already paid for. In the meantime my pool has turned green since the parts are for a filter repair in Florida. Who knows what it will cost to rebalance! I asked them to overnight the missing parts (O ring. & c clip washer). Refused! Supposedly sent via regular mail, but I'm still waiting. A very disappointing experience. Will not buy again.
