Product was as advertised except the threaded piece was too small in length for my tub. But the finish was great. Shame they didn't fit hence the lower score

Everything went smoothly, even the return process. However, I'm still waiting for the refund. According to the USPS tracking the parts arrived back on Friday so it will be a few days for processing.

It's the right product except for the thread shank is too short for my application. It would be nice if WWS had a phone number.

Good product but I needed the threads to go a couple of additional rows to get the jet to fit securely I've tried to chat with you all and I emailed you but no response. I would love to purchase and recommend to customers but you all need to be more responsive. I am in the bathroom remodeling business and I am looking for a supplier.
