I don't like the ticket selection process where we are not allowed to pick specific seats. We could request a row, but not seat numbers. Every type of entertainment allows a person to pick seat numbers, even a $10 movie.
The service charge is also a frustrating add-on. Why list a ticket price that ultimately costs 15 to 20% more. Not a very good way of saying thanks for being a customer.
