It's nice and quiet but the seal isn't super tight, so sometimes the medicine drips...which is very annoying. But not annoying enough to get a different one, I like it.

THANK YOU. I placed my order on a Friday @ 4:45pm CST with next day delivery. This was a rush order b/c the unit that I had for the past 5 years all of a sudden stopped working and I was just getting over a cold where I was using my nebulizer 1-2x a day. I was worried that it wouldn't ship out till Monday, but around noon on Saturday the new unit arrived. So very THANKFUL for you getting the unit out still on Friday.

I paid for overnight since I needed it right away. Ups did not deliver until Monday rather than Saturday because you shipping department did not put Saturday delivery tag on package. Ended up buying a second table top nebulizer to get through the weekend.

After less than 1/2 hour of use it showed battery low, also it shut off randomly when held in upright position . On a more subjective note, it made my peek flow worse after using with sodium chloride nebulizer solution.

This is a miserable weak-kneed portable. The attempt was noble, but the engineering did not take into account the needs of the patient, namely, (1) adequate aerosol and (2) easy cleaning and disassembly and use. I do not presume to know the physics of the mesh cap (creates the mist), but I have a feeling that the unit should be bigger and powered by a nine-volt battery, and not the inconvenient AA batteries. After months of happily using a full-size compressor (both Lincare and Philips), I just could no longer take the huffing and puffing to get INADEQUATE saline vapor into my lungs. Thinking there was some defect in my unit, I ordered a second one. Same design defects and uselessness. So, as a result of my naive faith in the effectiveness of American medical technology, I am out of a lot of money. So I will be taking my heavy Philips Respironics compressor with me to England.Does anyone know of a portable that works?

This is an absolute necessity for someone with bad asthma/COPD. When you have to have nebulizer treatments every 4 hrs, you cannot always be at home to do it. Makes traveling a breeze, although an AA employee with an attitude problem refused to let me board with mine once.

If you are looking for a portable nebulizer for yourself or your child or a patient this is one of the best portable nebulizer that I have found. I am 57 and have had asthma since I was 2. I definitely will not change nebulizer is unless I have to. Hopefully they will always say available
