Nice quality product, but too small for adult; cuff that came with unit is too big. Company probably needs another cuff option that falls between the two offered today. Without a properly fitted cuff, it’s pretty much ineffective. BUT . . . the quality is definitely great!!

This small cuff fits my upper arm just right. My arm measures 7 inches

First I called OMRON to purchase this cuff. Since they were out of stock, they referred me to Wholesalepoint.com.

It fits my small, upper arm, 7 inches. Most new blood pressure cuffs only include the large cuff, which does not give a true reading if your arm is smaller.
