This pillow has saved me from neck and shoulder pain while trying to sleep. The 4 inch side is perfect to get started, then after a few weeks I switch to the 5 inch side.

I've been buying these pillows for years, but my complaint is that they only last for 12 weeks before the foam has degraded enough so that I don't get the support for my neck that I get when they're new. Frustrating!

I had this shape of pillow years ago but it broke down fast, had a hard time finding another pillow shaped like this, found yours and it works great! we bought (2)But my partner, he really needed the softer one so he still can't get used to his. I have 2 standard, he has none. we need to buy a soft one also.

The shape is pretty good for my neck but the foam is kind of hard. I was hoping for a bit more give. My ear gets sore after laying on it. I hope it will soften up over time.

These pillows help my neck pain. I can't sleep without one now that I've found them. I just wish they lasted longer than 3 months before the foam degrades and it has to be replaced with a new one.

Great customer service. Standard delivery time. I ordered 4 of the same item, and only received 3. When I called to inquire, I was told that the 4th item was back-ordered. I would have liked that to be noted on the packing slip inside the box and then I wouldn't have had to call. But, on the bright side, I was told when I called that more of the items had just been received and that the 4th one would be sent right out. Overall, a good experience with an online company.

I'm sure not too many people get diagnosed with arthritis in the neck, but I did and this pillow has helped tremendously with the pain and has allowed me to get a full night's sleep again!

I have been in so much pain these days and recently was diagnosed with arthritis in my neck. This pillow really has been beneficial to me. It helps to take the weight of your head off of your neck. It's not to soft and not too hard, so as they say "it's just right"!!!!
