I have only great things to say about my experience! The process of personalizing the dog tags was very easy! Once I went into the checkout stage there was a spot for notes to the company. I let them know the importance of my order arriving in a certain date. They arrived as promised on that date. My tags turned out perfect! The employees I dealt with were VERY personable! Calling me just to be sure I received the proof email so I could ok it and they could start their handy work.
