We wanted to sell homemade wedding favors fashioned differently from the garish designs that were popular. I purchased this product (which I love) and ordered it through my PayPal and had an old address still attached and accidentally sent it to the old address. So I reached out to customer service and they got back to me in a timely manner and told me they were gonna resend the order to the correct address. It literally saved me since I last minute had to buy extra robes for my wedding. They went above and beyond and I really am grateful.
