I like that the filters are easy to change, and easy to order new pens when it is time to change them. I can tell the difference. I don’t have to clean my shower as often, and my hair is softer without the chlorine.

If you like having cleaner water in the shower, but can't change existing plumbing this is the best option. It removes the harsh chlorine smell our public water services uses frequently.

Searched for a while to find a fixture & filter combo that included a great wand, and this was the winner! Filtering Chlorine very important to me since skin HATES chlorine and Chloramine contact. Though wishing it would filter out a whole host of other contaminants our Water Dept is allowing into our municipal water supply! Ugh. Toxins, often times, we are never informed about until - AFTER we've already been exposed.
