Installation is incredibly expensive. Otherwise, prices are good & website was easy to use. The process itself went smoothly.
Edit November 25th, 2020: placed online order October 8th and did not get a properly installed & working dishwasher until November 18th. There was an initial delay for first install, which took place on October 19th. I was called directly after the install & was told the dishwasher was broken & needed a new part. I was then told the service department would reach out in 2-3 days to schedule the repair. After a week, I was never contacted by anyone at the company. I had to call the following Monday, at which point I was on hold for well over an hour. Once I talked to someone, I was transferred twice, then told they didn't have the part & needed to order it. Then they'd reach out when they get the part to schedule repair. No apology at all from anyone I talked to. A week & a half passed & no word, so I called again. Then sat on hold, then transferred again. At which point I was told the part wasn't ordered, because they didn't have the model# of the dishwasher. What??!!! How do you not have that & why did no one tell me or reach out to me for this info? What would have happened if I didn't call them?? Now I get to wait for who knows how long. After another week of not hearing back, I called them again. They had the part!! Again, I had to reach out to them to get anything done. They scheduled a service call. When the service call actually took place, I was called by the service technician & told the dishwasher was installed incorrectly!?! You have to be kidding me at this point!! And he was unable to help & told me to call the install department. Wow, just wow. I call immediately & miraculously get through right away! This gentleman was first to apologize & the first to truly help me. He scheduled the re-install in 2 days & it was a success! An entire month & half to get a brand new, working, correctly installed dishwasher. I paid $200 for the installation of this dishwasher & found the process to be incredibly lengthy & unprofessional. Not a happy customer. Pretty sad for a local company I'd like to support.
