I have had a terrible experience with getting a response from Customer Service about my shortage of items that were in my order. I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company and have referred people to you. I have taken pictures of shipping statement in the box and the exterior of the box / The shipping label. I am at my wits end. These items are Christmas presents and I need them in order to ship them to my nieces !!!

A friend mentioned that she bought a Warmie for her college aged granddaughter. It was such a great idea that I went online and found a koala Warmie for my sports team high schooler. The school mascot is a koala. The more I thought about it, I went back to the store and got a reindeer Warmie as a Christmas present for my 70+ siste-in-law who lives in New Hampshire where the nights are cold. This is a great gift for any age. Sorry, I cannot show you a picture but all Christmas gifts are wrapped and some sent to their new homes.
