Provisioning is straightforward and the device seems well built. The blue LED is almost invisible in direct sunlight, and the only sound effect/ring notification noise included onboard is absurd, but altogether we're pleased with the devices.

The product works really well with our polycom phones. We have tried other brands and they have not worked well. They charge fast and last the entire day with one charge.

I contacted customer service do make sure I was buy the correct product for the model of polycom phones we have. Since you have a very strict return policy I did not want to order the wrong product. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgable and provided great customer service.

This product is of very good quality and is very easy to access and navigate. And VoIP Supply's handling of the order was outstanding. Order was shipped within a couple hours of placing the order.

VOIP Supply ships things super fast, I think we received this in 2 days. Bought this to connect some FXOs into our switchvox pbx. Once I found the right howto, it took me all of 5-10 minutes to set it up. Works flawlessly.

Not happy so far unable to set up device. Nobody seems able to assist in this process,I just get referred to the user guide. I'm not a professional user not sure how or where to obtain information needed to do this

I had some issues setting it up. Voipsupply wouldn't help. They referred me to an email support address. Trying to do this via email is pretty useless. They said I could pay for phone support. There is a reason that i paid more to buy from them vs Amazon. Obviously i won't be doing that again. No support. Then why should i pay more?

And they didn't care.

You have a block on your webpage fir each product called "Rech Specs", but the block does not contain any specifications, like size, voltage and amperage requirements, etc. All I wanted to know was how many volts the VVX 201 power Supply produced.
