The only issue I had was that they were late leaving the factory and no one contacted me to tell me that I would have a new delivery date. I had to reach out once I realized they would be late and ask for a new delivery date. Since you have a 100% money back guarantee if they are late, I think you should take the initiative to notify your customers that something has happened and they will be late. Obviously, the pandemic is playing a huge part on how quickly you can produce things, but you have control over the guarantee dates you send out and those should be changed when necessary.
