I believe things are working as expected and that next year you will update me as to when the new concert date is as soon as you know. The initial sale went smoothly and I received my mobile tickets six weeks after the initial sale.
Unfortunately my event was cancelled due to the COVID virus. I never heard anything about a refund so I reached out to Vivid Seats. Awaiting a response. It hasn't been long since I sent my request.
