We received the tub in damaged and reached out to customer service immediately. They sent a glazing repair kit that did not solve the issue. I have tried to reach out multiple times to receive a resolution and have not heard back since the initial repair kit was sent.

Our double vanity cabinets with make-up table took a month to get here and were well worth the wait!! It was exactly what we expected! We were concerned about it getting damaged during the shipping process, but Estes Trucking did a great job and it arrived safely. Amy did a great job communicating with us and answered all of our questions so we could prepare for its arrival. I would definitely order from Vintage Tub & Bath again!
