SORRY FOR THE THREE STARS, BUT TO MUCH FAT felt a little embarrassed serving them. small serving and more fat than meat. A meat market can and should do a better cut of meat than a grocery chain can.

mostly fat very little meat, nothing like the picture. Previously made a order of 2- larger tomahawks and they were very nice and had plenty of meat, that's why I ordered again. disappointed with the 36 oz tomahawk this time.
