These are tasty little birds. I've just ordered more of them. I'm serving them for Thanksgiving this year instead of turkey. Quail with corn pudding on the side ought to go over big.

Agree with all of the above - I ordered this for a family gathering for my Mother's 80th birthday. in February. The team at Vincent's noticed that the weather may disrupt my anticipated delivery timing (to another state) and they contacted me to ensure it would get there on time. Great customer service and an amazingly quality product. In fact, I am ordering it again for a a fun evening with friends. Thanks!!

My first prime grade (brisket point cut) from Vincent's was meticulously butchered. The brisket was loaded with marbling and made the best burnt ends I've ever cooked. Great product for a reasonable price.

I am new to Vincent's - placed an order and it was delivered promptly. I roasted the chicken legs with my own blend. They were delicious.

The best,! This is the only place I can find it with lamb - the way I've been eating it since I was a child! I believe the lamb version is specific to a region of Bari. Tastes wonderful!

Excellent steak. Great value for dry aged. Good amount of marbling and very tender. I'm so thrilled I found Vincent's! I know we won't be a high volume customer, but we will be a faithful one.

Wonderful, as usual from Vincent's. Even after freezing (which is a cardinal sin for a filet) the flavor had depth, and it was juicy and tender. We have been extremely satisfied with everything we have ordered and have recommended Vincent's to all our friends!
