Italian sausage is one of my favorite meats. It is hard to find great sausage like these. Great taste. I really like these browned first. Then in same pan I place sliced onion and pepper to brown and add lots of garlic. Add sausage back to pan and I use black garlic sliced to the pan. Cover and let simmer. The gravy from that over pasta is delicious.

Easy to order. Meat looks great. Came so fast and I was able to make a meal right away. Rest went into freezer for during the week. Will order again. The duck was so tender and delicious
