I was looking for authentic italian sausage with fennel which I couldn't find where I live I was very pleased with my order made my sauce and used it for my lasagna it came out delicious the proper amount of fennel adds to the taste in the sauce I was very happy with result I would order again for sure thank you vincent's glad I found you online package arrived ice cold on time
