I ordered a six pound veal breast with a pocket. It was perfect, 7.08 pounds, with a perfect pocket for stuffing. It turned out GREAT. I would definitely order this again.

Hadn't had this in years, it brought back memories of my childhood. I made a pocket in it and stuffed it with ricotta and rice stuffing. Delicious. It is hard to get this where I live in Florida.

Before I purchased the veal breast, one of the reviews stated that the breast was small. I hope Vincent’s offers a larger breast in the future.

This is a partial veal breast - not the entire breast. I'm happy with what I ordered but I was used to purchasing the entire veal breast previously.
