The Hanger Steak has to be one of the best values at Vincents Meat Market....incredible beef flavor with the tenderness of a filet...it's my favorite now.

I made my first purchase from you a few weeks ago, and the quality of my purchase totally blew me away...fabulous flavor and oh so tender. And the pricing was reasonable as well..Just made another purchase from you this evening...I am really looking forward to getting my grill fired up again and tasting the results.
