This was one of the best Prime Ribs I've ever had. The flavor was deep, delicious and perfectly marbled with just the right amount of fat. The butchering of the meat was perfect and tied beautifully. In fact I almost questioned if it was boned and cradled as it was tied so well back on the bones I couldn't see that it had been cut. Great job!

Spoke with them in the phone....both the butcher and a sales person. They were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I ordered from their website...it was easy to use. Since I was paying a hefty shipping cost, I added a New Years Eve boneless duck. I would recommend this nightly!!
