I mistakenly thought these came as a four rib rack and they are not… Little more difficult to cook and probably the best way, would be sous vide to 120° and then crisp them on the stove. Great taste and tender!

I have purchased from Vincents many times now and have never been disappointed with anything I've purchased from them... Until now. All of the New York strips, ribeye steaks and lamb that I have purchased from them have all been excellent. The T-bone steaks had so much of the filet mignon portion removed, that really it turned out to be an extremely expensive strip steak. I won't purchase another T-bone steak from Vincent's.
