These are so thin and delicious. No need to do anything but take them out if the pack and cook. Never frozen. Always fresh. I recommend totally!

If you were originally from New York you cannot get this kind of quality anywhere else. Here in New Hampshire they try to sell you "real Italian Sausage" but it does not come close.

This veal was perfect we absolutely loved it!! 1 issue the box was soaking wet and falling apart. The FedEx driver stated that he filed report due to damaged box. Fortunately the veal was not damaged. I just wanted you to know incase this situation happens to someone else. This was my first order and I look forward to may more future orders. Best Cindy King

Perfect experience nothing confusing about this web site it is user friendly. Package was delayed and I received a phone call customer service stating it would delayed by one day. It was nice to receive a phone call from a customer service representative not an email. The customer service representative was professional and courteous. Hats Off to Vencent's Meat Market for hiring people instead of computers to assist their customers. Best Cindy King
