All of the rabbits I have purchased have been meaty and moist. I cook the rabbits just like buttermilk chicken. Delicious!

Maybe it was my mistake, at any rate is whole - i thought i asked for cut up w/o head. I had a bit of a problem cutting it up but i took care of that. i had a piece of it that same day - boy was it tender. thoroughly enjoyed it

The rabbits were fresh and very tasty. My complaint is they arrived whole. I had requested cut up but it didn't happen and the price increased considerably.
