I browned my meat first, then let it simmer in my sauce. I love gracious. Great spices and the meat was tender as can be. Cut with a fork. I couldn't wait till it was done.

Easy to order. Meat looks great. Came so fast and I was able to make a meal right away. Rest went into freezer for during the week. Will order again. The duck was so tender and delicious

Beef excellent quality,however the filling was lacking in content,would like to have seen pine nuts & pancetta etc.

We appreciate your compliment of our beef! In regards to the fillings we would certainly not be able to put pine nuts as our default as many people have allergies to them. We can upon request add them to your bracioles in the future if you request it in the order notes section at checkout. You can also ask for pancetta or any other reasonable filling you'd prefer.

I've always made my own beef braciole, but decided to give these a try. So glad I did! They were delicious, and made just how my mom and grandma taught me to make them. No more making braciole for me...I'll just order from Vincent's.

I agree amazing you barely need to know how to cook to do it. Brown then simmer in sauce for 1 hour or so.

Amazing. Pan sear on all sides then slowly simmer in sauce for 2 hrs.
