These ribs are delicious. Rub with brown sugar and spices overnight. In the oven very low for a couple of hours. Then, onto the grill. Meaty and tender. A real treat.

These are my go-to ribs; rub them down, Sous Vide them for 48 hours and add some wet sauce when torching them to finish. Delicious. A+

Vincent's ribs are amazing. We have made many ribs over the years but these were hands down the meatiest and the most tender! Highly recommend!
