We are 100% pleased with the quality and functionality of the VigorFit products, the overall cost, the shipping timeline and the setup and workout videos/information. However, it was a bit unsettling that costs associated with additional accessories in our cart was not provided well before the checkout process, but rather it was shown after the CC information was entered and the button clicked to move to the next screen. Only then were we able to review the entire order (and cost) before final submission. For many online sites, once the CC information is entered and the button is clicked, the order gets submitted and processed. To represent yourself as the best in this type of fitness equipment, which we've no doubt you are, then we encourage you to be transparent with the pricing of all your products well before the checkout process.

I prefer to do it this way rather than call and listen to a foreigner TRY to speak English and destroy a copy that they read a speel from.

I searched, found and bought

I have been visiting the site all week, doing research on the vigorfit and reading comparisons to total gym and reading reviews. My experience has been very good. Customer service has been helpful and I amanxious to get my vigorfit for me and my son. I have had the piece of equipment now for couple weeks and I love it. My son likes it too. It is exactly as described and it is rugged. I love it and I am so happy that I went with Vigorfit.

Great unit. Works as great. At 83 years old, I'm starting out easy but I feel better already from using it.

Discount was nice but ordering was a hassle. Took several tries and it was literally my last time trying then next page had a shipping charge that now made it cost more than before. I’ll try it but may need to see about other options.

The web site was relatively easy to navigate and informative. The additional e-mails were brief and helpful. Delivery was delayed by Fed. Ex., not related to Vigor Fit directly. The product seems well built and has met or exceeded our expectations. In one case the rope appears to have been fed into the pully in the direction opposite to the other. I assume this to be a quality control matter at VF.

I have been a total gym user for years and i amazed at the price of your gym and all the accessories that are included. I am looking forward to exercising with the vigor fit.

Very Easy site to follow. The only issue is that it would be nice to have the "add-on" options (buns/thigh and/or mats) available to add on the first page.
