So far...so good. I received my VigorFit trainer...aka "The Sled" about one week ago. The setup was very easy. I have been doing a full body workout every other day (alternating days) since I set up the machine. I am looking forward to continuing the workouts, and mixing it up with other exercises.

I order it and it came in less than a week. It took 3 hours to put it together. the videos was short and quick. the problem I had with video was that it shows parts of the gym .. when putting it together. I had to get on my knee , then turn it over until I found I the part that the video was showing. it would have been easier if the camera had shown where the part of the gym that it was focusing on.

Outstanding product. I used weights in the past. However, you get a better burn and work out and, without the threat of injury. At 65 years old this is just what I need to stay fit. A 30minute work is equivalent to one hour in the gym.

seems clear and easy to follow. tell future customers when they purchase that it will be delivered via FedEx and that they will have to be at home for signature. Also my items were shipped separately and came on separate days and I had to be at home to sign for both. I would have liked it better had both items come together in the same FedEx delivery time.

Let's clarify your comments so no one reading it gets misinformed.
1. All products are shipped at the same time. Most of the time they get delivered at the same time. At times, travelling cross country one package gets separated from the other by the carrier. We have no control over this but thankfully it is no big deal.
2. You were made aware that your particular shipment was going to require a signature. Yes, it is true that we try, whenever possible to ship no signature required. There are times when you are ordering over a certain dollar amount that the carrier requires a signature. This is also for your protection. How would you feel if FedEx said they delivered $600 worth of commercial fitness equipment and you never got it?
To be 100% clear, before you placed your order you had to agree with a checkbox that you understood this policy.
And this is not some small hidden print. It is large, clear and obvious to give you a fantastic buying experience.
