There was a total lack of communication after the initial confirmation of receipt of the order, on Dec 1st, giving details of the 6 to 8 working day lead time. Any e-mail I sent did not receive a personal reply, but did seem to act as a reminder that I was still waiting for the item. After one of my e-mails I received a message from DPD saying they had a delivery for me on 27th Dec. The following day I received an automated e-mail from you saying that too. The item finally arrived on 23rd Dec, but your date for delivery was still given as 27th!!
