Only complaint is:
They deserve a rating of 10000000%!!!!
Our prior hosting provider ( a few years ago)was "Hostgator" and they sold out to the idots in Utah (owners or godaddy). We switched to Veerotech at that time and have never regretted a single moment.

Veerotech provides the absolute best support. I've been hosting web sites for a very long time and have been with dozens of vendors and none of them have gone the distance to help troubleshoot a issue.

They are absolutely amazing, their support is exceptional, couldn't ask for better. This was my first experience with a reseller hosting and I couldn't be happier with them. They resolved my noob questions about MX Records,and helped me setup my white label DNS even though I had no idea what I was doing. I feel they actually really care about their customers, unlike my previous experience with a shared hosting somewhere else.

Support has been excellent. I am transferring a reseller account from another host. The first ticket had to do with an htaccess php permission problem. It was answered and fixed within 3 minutes. Other questions and issues have been answered promptly, usually within 1 to 2 hours of the ticket being submitted.
