It is not easy to navigate through the site. For example, looking for accessories, it is, I believe in the category 'other'. No link to cancel orders when an order is taking too long. For example, I have placed an order for connectors a month ago, and I did not received them yet as of 5/21/22. However, placed a similar order on Amazon.com for same connectors and got them in a few days. The supply chain at valuetronics.com is not that good.

Didn't receive the product. Took 3 weeks to tell me it was discontinued, I canceled the order and got one cheaper and just as effective at home depot. Of course that was three weeks after I waited to be told they don't have this iron anymore. Just go to the hardware store.....

I used the device for the first time today, other than to look at it when received.I was disappointed to find that the sine wave function only works in the "X100" range. I had another of these years ago and it wasn't this way- so I guess this one is defective. Not a complain on Valuetronics, but I expected better from BK Precision.
