This oscilloscope is competitive with the Tektronix MSO Series 3 or 4, but at a much better price. Of course, longer term performance is still unknown, but this looks like a really decent scope, especially for the price.

Customer service, as in the person, was good. I was disappointed after having ordered, I was then told there would be sales tax on the order, yet the checkout process on the site did not indicate that whatsoever. I was also told the website was getting a new tax module added to the checkout process and it wasn't ready or active. If the checkout doesn't indicated tax will be added, don't add after the fact; that leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
