I have a family member that invested $30,000 and made $1,200 after going through your program in 2004. They discovered that hardly anyone forecloses and ever looses their property and most pay on their taxes, thus the full 18 percent was not earned. I know $1200 is better than nothing but it is not very much for all the time and the effort that they put in going to auction and listening to your CDs. If I do your training what can you do to make sure this doesn’t happen to me?! They shied my away from this program but I am hoping you can help me prove them wrong.

This was quite interesting and informative. Would like to purchase the Tax Certificates first using the Online System and definitely learn how to identify valuable properties in other States. Very interested in learning about the 14 point due diligence list that should be applied to all transactions.
