Direct interaction with US Rider was excellent. Tow driver was super nice when he arrived, but estimated arrival time was significantly longer then initially stated and no contact was made to alert us of any delay. Driver did apologize noting that he was the only representative working that evening which is understandable, but perhaps clearer timeframe needs to be reported to US Rider so they can relay that to the customer. Doesn't shorten the wait time, but at least we would have known not to expect assistance sooner.

I have used the services several times over the years. They have always responded quickly to my situation and keep me informed of the progress of the service provider. They are always courteous and always ask if we and our horses are ok. So far I have never broken down on the road while hauling horses but am confident they would handle the situation in the same manner as they always do.

My truck died on I70 just outside Golden on the side of the freakin mountain. Managed to limp back to Golden and wait for a tow. USRider sent a lowboy to tow the truck to the shop and my trailer with the horse in it back to my home. Service was quick, professional and safe. Glad I upgraded my membership.

Very satisfied in timeliness of arrangements made to get truck & trailer off Interstate Highway and locate a boarding facility nearby to keep our horses for 2 days while truck was being repaired.
There was a tow truck for the dusky truck and a tow truck for the trailer. Excellent service in a timely manner.

We have also experienced extremely kind and reassuring people over the phone in difficult situations with our horses. I am very pleased with the service I have gotten from US Rider! I've had other roadside services in the past, but found out that each state has different coverages. One wouldn't move a 5th wheel. I had rv coverage in WA and broke down in OR. To rely on one company to meet all my needs no matter the state, is very comforting to me.

In August 2023 while returning home with one of our horses and our bumper pull trailer, we had a wheel bearing failure resulting in our trailer almost loosing its wheel. The breakdown occurred in a remote stretch of road near Pullman WA. While we where waiting for a WA State Patrol to help alert drivers to our vehicle and trailer on the side of the road, we contacted US Rider for assistance on moving our trailer to a location where we could get repairs done as the trailer could not be towed at this point. US Rider kept us updated on the progress of the tow wrecker as well as arranging for transport of our horse to an overnight location with another US Rider member in the near vicinity to our breakdown. US Rider paid (with no problems or follow up on our part) to the wrecker company and while this was an unfortunate situation, they made it manageable and less stressful than it would have been otherwise. Thank you for all your help, no regrets in being a member.

Great service just wish it was cheeper for me as I just became disabled and lost my job and now can't afford it with my two kids have also had to stop taking my kids to shows can't rush my truck braking down as it a older truck but other wise it's been great

I've had US Rider for quite a while, have used it enough to pay for my membership each year, and never had an issue. Several of my friends on the west coast have had horrible experiences. Guess it depends on where you live too. (I'm in the southeast)

I have been VERY HAPPY with US Rider!! All the people I have talked to seem to really care what happens to both the people and the horses. Service response times have been reasonable, and they always call to check on how things went afterwards. All the service providers have been unusually courteous as well. I recommend this service to any of my horse friends who will listen!

We have had to use US Rider services twice since starting membership a few months ago. We were pulling trailers both times, however, no horses (thank goodness). US Rider provided all needed services to get my husband to the nearest town. My husband has been more than satisfied on both occasions. My service for US router has always been excellent. I have had one incident a U.S riders fault but the people that came out messed up my batteries in my diesel truck. I reported this to US router so that I would not use that service again. It cost me $1400 to get my truck fixed because of the incorrect way the guy tried to jump Start my truck go to far as US router is concerned they are the greatest

When I first called, I was asked if my animals and I were safe. In that order. Perfect! My animals ARE #1 Priority for me, so I was comforted that they were by USRider also. We both were - just had a stuck truck - which was resolved very quickly and easily, despite my rural location. Everyone was kind, professional, great attitude (the 'stuck' part was all my fault but no one ever judged or chastised me), and all was unstuck and good to get back on the road in no time. It was the first time I've used USRider in the nearly 5 years I have been a client/subscriber and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Happy Trails!

The driver who responded to my call was also excellent. Very pleasant considering it was 2:00 a.m. and dark. Would highly recommend this driver to anyone!
