I notified US Poly Pak immediately when I received my mailers that I was sent 10x13s instead of 9x12s. I was asked to submit pictures of what I received, including the labels on the box. I did so but have not gotten any response in 2 days.

Nice product, but split the order into two shipments and then failed to provide second tracking number until I asked about the shortage. Second order showed up a couple of days later...Owner was kind of snide when asked about the lack of information...
