I purchased the original service dog vest but tried it once and couldn't use it because it did not hold the dog securely with the flimsy front strap and the one underneath. It was not safe. When I was ordering this new winter one, I inquired if I could return the one I was never able to use. Maria Angeles told me on my chat session I cannot return it after 14 days!!!

I am really happy to see you have a vest that looks like it will fit and hold my dog securely rather than the flimsy thing I received from you when I first started here. Wish I would have waited until this nice vest was available rather than having one I can't use and not being able to return it.

It was a little pricey, worth it if you are staying in hotels or flying anywhere. Future reference, either buy or get a doctors note from your primary practitioner. Apartments will only use doctor notes to verify that it is true.
