My items is said in car out for delivery for 2 days and I never seen them.
The didn’t let any notice on my door or my letter box so that I knew that the mixed me.
I need my packages as soon as possible.

No, guess all is well. I am just an old gal (74)who. sometimes grows tired of writing to a computer. I felt that since we ordered TWO bikes, and had spent what is, to us old retirees, a considerable amount of $$, that ONE guidebook/booklet was not a lot to ask of a company. We live in a rural area with no WiFi, and don't even OWN a computer, and printing from my phone often results in garbled format and strange size fonts. I use my phone as tiny computer. When I asked your company, by phone, if I could have one, I was told they would send a link to an address. Never did. When I asked (via email) if they could include an actual booklet ,when purchasing bike #2, I did receive a reply. Gave me a link to a website.... Ah. well. We still like our one bike very much. and look forward to #2 bike!

I am 74 and husband 76! we wanted to try ONE, before committing $$ for two! But can you please, please include the Jupiter guidebook/pamphlet? When I called with a question on the one I purchased a couple weeks ago, the person I spoke to said they would email me a copy---but they never did. Can you please perhaps include an actual paper booklet? Thanks very much.
