Overall, the experience was good. Brandalon was courteous and a professional realtor. I would use both upnest again, as well as Brandalon. Brandalon was top notch, and on top of every aspect of the sale of my home.

1. Seller agent seamed more interested in getting more listings to increase his commission than representing the sellers best intrest. Seller agent wanted seller to accept lower offers.

2. Lack of communication. Example: Ask agent to inform seller on each agent / buyer showing. Had 14 buyer agents business cards left in the house. Unknown to seller. No communication.

3. Back door to the garage left unlocked and open.

4. Would not recommend this agent.

I have bought, sold, and refinanced at least a dozen times. Brenda Geraci is the best agent I have ever worked with. She is very competent, hard working, and very attentive to my requests for explanations, and information. She walked me through the entire process of selling an investment property, my first 1031 exchange rule transaction. I did everything she suggested to prepare my rental property. The property sold the first day it was listed and I got exactly what I thought was a fair price for all concerned; myself, the buyer, both agents and buyer's lender. I will be retaining Brenda for the sale of my primary residence in June, 2021.

David Hakimi and Amanda Shaver, Berkshire Hathaway team, were the best. Courteous thoughtful and always considerate of our situation. I give my strongest recommendation.
