I had no issues with ordering, though I'm unsure whether my request for black hinges and handles will actually go through since there was no way to select that ... I just had to include it as a comment with my order. Hopefully I'll get the black hardware to go with my black door.

Much better quality than what I expected. Excellent Service, Doors was crated and protected very well. Typically I am very cautious about shipping something across the country especially with glass panels. I was very happy to see the effort and concern put into to fulfilling order. I believe I have found my new door company.

I called and and emailed United Porte customer service, and both were very helpful.
I would have paid for installation if it included delivery of the door. Perhaps consider this option for customers within a 50-mile radius or so.
Hoping that we love the door and that it is as good as it looks online.
