Absolutely in love with this door. It is stunning! My neighbors are in all. Even my contractor was amazed by this door, said he has never seen anything like it and all he does is doors. Beautiful and super secure! can't ask for more than that. Except the great price!

At first I was ready to give this company 1 star, I ordered my door and paid for it- However 3 days later I got a notice that the door was sold out & on backorder, so three months goes by & I'm told 12-14 weeks & the same again, & again, So fast forward 14 Months, I received my door AND I LOVE IT. SO WORTH THE WAIT

When you measure for a closet door, you measure the opening. A standard closet height is 80". So when you purchase an 80" door it should be about 78". This is true with every door I have seen EXCEPT this one. I have an 80" opening but this door is also 80"! It will not fit a standard 80" opening. Im still waiting for a response, but im likely to pay shipping and stocking fee, plus installers scratched the first door so im out a couple thousand because these people don't know how to make a standard door. I am furious and am stuck ahowing my home with no closet doors.

However, on our website, we clearly indicate the dimensions of the door panel and recommend measuring the opening size for precise installation. 
 
Unfortunately, there seems to have been some confusion, and in this case, you purchased a door with an actual height of 80 inches, which corresponds to the standard opening height. This can cause inconvenience if your opening has a standard height.

Was not able to get updates for the first week using link provided. I contacted customer service and within 24 hours I got confirmation and processed the 3% discount that I was promised.
