Wrong door was delivered after wanting help from the sales rep to pay over the phone for the door. Customer was guided wrong, resulting in delivering the wrong door. Doors are a decent quality, they come with the entire kit to build a pocket door...not applicable in most new construction applications. Hardware not included or prepped. Stick with the local door shop for pocket doors at least

I just ordered our new door and the customer service team was very helpful. I was confused (as this was my first-time purchasing a door) between the right hand in-swing vs left. I changed my mind after ordering and they were extremely helpful and kind about the whole interaction. Very rare to find companies this big that are this thoughtful. Much appreciated :)

Today it’s been several weeks since I’ve been the owner of this door, it looks okay, but that’s where it all ends. It’s already leaking and I’m in a Homdepot, buying rubber bands and seals, the door sill is leaking, the design is absolutely not thought out. This is what my installer told me.

Ordered 2 different sized doors, 1 door didn't have instructions and the hardware was different so you can't just use the same instructions, called customer service, they didn't have a clue, said they would call back.... been 4 hours and waiting, costing me time and money. Doors are good service is HORRIBLE!!!

The doors arrived missing hardware and the trim pieces. Multiple missing pieces that not only affect the functionality but the aesthetic of the pieces. Given that the doors cost well over a thousand dollars, there is not a chance I would order these again, nor would I ever recommend anyone to order them. Why waste a 1000 dollars on something you can't even use.

Admittedly, I have not seen the pocket door yet. I live in San Francisco and it was delivered to my place in Miami for an upcoming bathroom renovation. Rated 4 Stars, as it was difficult to get an exact delivery date and time from UP since I needed to coordinate with my Contractor to be available for delivery. Ultimately, I was texted 2 hours before it arrived which required me to arm-twist my Contractor to be there.

Slow to respond but product is great. I have sent emails, called concerning a barn door I need to return as I need a larger size. Have not gotten a response from anyone. I have ordered the larger one but the smaller one has to be returned.

White silk barn doors

Have not installed yet, but impressed with the appearance of the doors and hardware. I opted for brushed nickel handles and custom brushed nickel rails. I purchased 2 sets of these doors.

It was a very good experience and Diane was very helpful with a chat message to answer questions and give assistance. I was impressed with delivery time and method. The doors were delivered by a United Porte driver and van. Everything was in excellent condition when delivered. Driver was very courteous and helpful to unload doors where I needed them stored in my garage.

The door and all hardware came as described. The door is much heavier than we expected but this isn’t bad. The instructions are ok and this product would’ve gotten 5 stars if the instructions said what fasteners to use where. Overall I would recommend this product to others looking for a sturdy and sleek pocket door.
